  • Heather Cook

    CPT/FES/SES

    Heather Cook ​Is a graduate of the National Academy of Sports Medicine where she also holds her certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Furthermore she is certified as a Women’s Fitness Specialist, Youth Fitness Specialist and First Aid-CPR-AED. In 2009, Heather obtained her Bachelors of Art in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Health Science from Keene State College In New Hampshire.

    Heather has owned and operated Made Possible Personal Training (formerly IM Possible Personal Training) since 2012 where she has worked with women, men, children of all ages, shapes, and sizes. In 2013, Heather helped build FitCo Kids LLC from the ground up offering functional movement classes and nutritional guidance to children of all ages. In 2014, Heather took on the role of Director of Personal Training at Crunch Fitness in Oakland Park Florida. In 2015, Heather moved across the world to become the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Kings College in New Zealand . Heather moved to the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg, Florida where she is practices Personal Training and volunteers at a local dog rescue, Safe Paws Animal Rescue.

  • Roger Montenegro

    CSCS/ RSCC/ USA Track and Field

    Roger Montenegro is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida where he earned his Degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a Minor in Business Administration in 2012. He holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) degree from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

    Over the years Roger has dedicated himself to the Strength & Conditioning Department of Olympic Sports at Florida Atlantic University and the NFL, NBA, MLB and youth athletes at Bommaritos Performance Systems. In 2013, he worked as a Strength Coach for St. Thomas Aquinas High School Water Polo, aiding the team in earning their first ever state title.

    In 2014, Roger moved across the world to work in Kuwait City, Kuwait as an Athletic Performance Coach for Spark Athletic. In 2015, Roger trained clients from many backgrounds at Crunch Fitness in Oakland Park Florida. In 2016, Roger moved to New Zealand to become the Head Swim Coach and Strength Coach at Kings College in Auckland. Roger moved to the seaside city of Saint Petersburg where he practices Coaching and Personal Training. While in St. Petersburg, Roger worked with Performance Science with the New York Yankees Organization and Fitter & Faster Swim Tour, working with Olympians and the youth in the community to become better swimmers.

    A certified swim coach, lifeguard, and First Aid-CPR-AED, Roger has been involved in aquatic sports for 15+ years.

  • Angela Scamardella

    Angela received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Prior to this she received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida. Angela's true passion is working with athletes to assist with injury prevention, return to sport function, and athletic maintenance to achieve optimal movement performance. Outside of work, Angela enjoys being outdoors in the sun, staying active, and creating great memories with friends and family.

  • Cole Moore

    Cole Moore holds a degree in Health & Human Physiology with an Exercise Science track from the University of Iowa. While there, he interned with the Olympic Strength & Conditioning program, working with Division-1 athletes across multiple sports. He also trained adults of all backgrounds with the recreational department at U of Iowa.

    In 2021, he moved to Boston to intern at under world renowned Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, coaching athletes from middle school to college, along with working professionals. In 2022, he worked at Cressey Sports Performance, where he trained baseball players from middle school to the pro level while also helping adults improve their quality of life.


  • Patrick Hipes

    Patrick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science at Eastern Illinois University, marking the start of his journey into the world of sports and exercise. Patrick also earned his Master’s degree from the University of Tampa in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences.
    Following his graduation, Patrick joined a professional baseball club in 2018 as a Performance Science Assistant. Working closely with the Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, and Athletic Training departments.
    In addition to his work in professional baseball, Patrick has been coaching in local gyms in St. Petersburg since 2016. Known for his personalized coaching style and unwavering commitment to helping clients of all fitness levels achieve their goals, Patrick brings energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to every session.
  • Sanya Ratnikava

    Sanya is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a degree in Exercise Science from Florida Southern College, where she played Division II basketball before graduating. Originally from Belarus, she moved to the U.S. in 2018 on a basketball scholarship, competing at both the collegiate and professional levels before transitioning into coaching.


    With a passion for self-care and movement, Sanya holds certifications in Primal Movement and the Modern Art & Science of Mobility. She has worked with clients from all backgrounds, coaching at Onelife Fitness in Hunt Valley, Maryland, and leading kickboxing and functional strength classes at No Limits Training Facility.
